We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager (Junior/Mid-level) with 1.5-3 years experience to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for project planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects, help document project-related tasks, from start to finish - ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and strong team collaboration.
Type: Part-time
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (Sunday – Friday)
Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Mode : Hybrid, 3 Days On-site & 3 Days Remote
👉 Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress and deliverables
👉 Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
👉 Manage timelines, priorities, and ensure deadlines are met
👉 Suggest and contribute creative or practical ideas to improve project outcomes
👉 Assist in documenting project-related tasks, processes, and updates
👉 Identify potential risks or challenges and propose solutions
👉 Maintain alignment between clients, teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
👉 1.5–3 years of experience in Project Management, Coordination, or Team Leadership
👉 Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
👉 Excellent communication and leadership abilities
👉 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
👉 Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
